Unfortunately, he was right. Leaks from pipes to my tub/shower in my guest bathroom. After careful research, I began working with my home insurance provider (Allstate) and gained a great referral from my plumber for a restoration company. My insurance allowed me to choose. From Chayce to Ray to Dillon to Guillermo and all the other staff from Preferred Choice, I have not encountered such a professional, well-organized company. Each stage of the damage to the bathroom was well-explained to me, and ALL my inquisitive questions were answered. It is rare that you find a business that communicates with honesty and integrity. I couldn't be more pleased with the end results AND with them assisting me with the insurance company. I have owned many homes and am quite knowledgeable about construction basics. I use them in 2023 when my home had some water damage and I needed to get rid of some mold. They came out did water test and determined that there was moisture behind the wall they took the wall out got rid of what they needed to and put it all back perfectly. I am so thankful for Fernando. He turned what would be a very stressful situation into something smooth. He came promptly upon me discovering a water heater leak, and even got here before my plumber arrived. He was able to assess the extent of damage right away, get humidifiers and fans going, take photos to submit a claim on my behalf so I also didn’t have the added stress of the insurance aspect. If you ever have a water leak, make Fernando your first call!
